The processing and delivery time are given for information ; they both depend on the product availability and the freight choosen by the user. We do not deliver any products to post offices boxes. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days, delivery time does not include processing time. Late deliveries can’t be considered as a refund case, neither motivate an order cancellation.
The productts delivery time is mentioned in the products descriptive text, in the on line shopping web pages.
The technics used for printing our fabrics require time, and we thank the user for considering this point whenever he is placing an order on our web site. The standard delivery cost is mentioned in the order form, and includes the packing and transport upto the user‘s delivery adress. The user must then bare the delivery cost.
For the deliveries out of the EEC, The shipping cost is exclusive of customs duties, and exclusive of all other taxes related to the product’s import into the user’s country. So these remain the buyer’s responsability, and the products can be delievered at the only condition the user bares the duties charges.

International Colissimo delivered at home against signature:

The International colissimo  is done through the French post office and has no garanteed shipping time .The regular shipping time is from 3 to 5 business days for EU and Switzerland, and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world. The following countries are opened to the delivery: EU and Switzerland, Usa, Canada, Africa and Middle East.

A post office tracking n° is mentioned on the parcel’s label, so that the user can track it on the post office’s web site. The tracking n° will be sent by email to the user.
Here is the list of countries for which the tracking is available :
Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus , North Corea, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Hong kong, Hongary, Ireland, Island, Israël, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Marocco, Mauritania, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Tchèque Républic, United Kingdom, and North Ireland, Slovaquia, Slovénia, Sweden, Switzerland,Tunisia,Turkey.

The SAS Villa mes loisirs isn’t liable nor for a late delivery caused by the shipper, nor the parcel’s damaging, or a missing item within the parcel.

The parcel is given against a signature.The user should check prior to his signature, that nothing is missing in the parcel, and nothing is damaged. If one or more of the item(s) is or are missing, the user will be paid back of the item’s amount in the limit of the shipper’s insurance policy , once ‘Valerie Fer’ has been itself paid back by the shipper.
If the user has a paypal account, there isn’t any further delay in the refund ; if the transaction was made directly from the user’s bank account, the refund will be made within 30 business days.If the user doesn’t check his parcel prior to the signature, no complaint will take place, and no refund shall be possible. Fedex:

The Fedex fares are applicable until the 12.31.16. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days, delivery time does not include processing time.The shipping time is : economy fare : 4 to 5 days for the UE, Usa and Canada, but can vary from a city to another. Priority fare: 24h to 48 hrs, for UE, Usa, Canada.
The Awb n° is sent by email to the user so that he can track his parcel on the web.
In case of late delivery , except in the case of a custom checking delay, the user will be paid back of the shipping’s amount, once the SAS Villa mes loisirs is paid back by Fedex.
The user should check prior to his signature, that nothing is missing in the parcel, and nothing is damaged. If one or more of the item(s) is or are missing, the user will be paid back of the item’s amount in the limit of the shipper’s insured amount policy , once La plume d’alba has been itself paid back by the shipper. If the user has a paypal account, there isn’t any further delay in the refund; if the transaction was made directly from the user’s bank account, the refund will be made within 30 business days.

 Return policy

  • All the items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date: the cooling off period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier , physically takes up the goods.
  • The items received before this date can be returned within 7 days from their delivery date.
  • The refund includes the item’s price and its freight cost which you paid during your order. The return expenses are the responsibility of the user.
  • The refund and return request should be made either by hand and sent to contact@myseelk.com, giving the product's descritpion, the date of order and the purchaser's name.
  • The consumer can try on the item to check if its fitting, color and style suit her. However, the consumer can't wear for a few days the item(s) and ask for a refund.
  • The item(s) should be returned intacts and well folded in their packing, with their merchandise tags, by registered post, along with the return and exchange form joigned in the parcel. If it was not the case, the consumer should be liable for any diminished value of the goods. The parcel should be returned to : the SAS Villa mes loisirs, 4 quai Jean Moulin, 69001 Lyon, France.
  • The refund is made within 14 days from the day of the parcel's receipt, if the return procedure respects the details mentioned above.
